The evening will start with a fun Bachata Fusion class with Daniel Bowman and Melissa. Following the Bachata class there will be 3 Levels of Salsa including Advanced Salsa Class by Miguel and Mayana. Music and social with DJ Basil until 2am.
Miguel and Mayana
Miguel & Mayana always bring a fun, relaxed and supportive atmosphere into their classes, whilst sharing their knowledge to many students from across UK and around the
World. Their personalities and structure of classes inspires Salseros to learn more. Miguel’s music interpretation is a gift from his musician parents, this knowledge and
experience makes him stand out in his performances and freestyle. His personality and love of Salsa is contagious. Mayana’s love for dance started at an early age. She
followed her heart and went to one of the best Russian Dance Academies in the country, where she studied different dance styles from traditional dance through to contemporary.
Tiempo y Cadencia
Dance2Salsa's Advanced Performance Team 'Tiempo y Cadencia' have enjoyed a fanctastic run thus far and the series of 12 performances at venues around the country culminates
at Bird Hills Golf Club with their final performance. A breathtaking show with strong elements of musicality, parterwork and acrobatics will leave you entertained.
Mambonito Student Performance Team
Mambonito Student Group has been created as part of Miguel Mayana Dance Company and aims to provide their students with all the necessary skills to become better social
salsa dancers and show performers. The show they are going to perform for you is called “ Que Bueno Baila Usted “ and is a result of a 12 weeks Student Group Course that Miguel
Mayana are running on a regular basis every sun afternoon.
Classes will be followed by party & dancing to some of the freshest, funkiest afro-latin sounds around played by resident DJ Basil

Our party nights take place in a fantastic venue located in the prestigious grounds of the Bird Hills Golf Club. This venue has a great wooden dance floor, massive parking, a seated area overlooking the dance floor, same area bar and is easily accessible from junction 8/9 of the M4.

3 Levels of Kizomba including Level 3 class by our Guest Teacher Tanya Mendonca + Dancing + Music by DJ Zeus ’til midnight.
Kizomba is a partner dance native to the African country of Angola, with influences from other Lusofone countries. It was first known as “Passada” (meaning “stepping” – a reference to the movement flow) and for having a sensuous rhythm. Kizomba style now emphasizes a very smooth way of dancing, heavily influenced by Tango steps, one of the main differences being that the lower body, the hip, does forward/backwards and circle movements. Kizomba means party in the Kimbundu dialect of Angola.
Tania Mendonca
Born in Angola, Tania views Kizomba as more than a dance, but a part of her culture. Raised in Portugal she has danced all her life, and begun teaching Kizomba
to friends and others since an early age but it was in 2010, after seeing the rapid growth and interest in Kizomba, that she decided to take her teaching career to the next level.
With the help of some close friends she started KIZOMBA READING, where she taught 3 levels every Monday from 7pm.
Since then, she has worked with some of the top Kizomba Instructors in the UK and has been asked to guest teach at some of most popular dance Festivals and Congresses in the UK, including Salsa Splash (Heyling Island), Semba Camp (Oxford), International Cuban Congress (Bournemouth), Sexy Latin Festival (London), 5Star London Salsa Congress, and some Internationally such as Sensual Dance (Madrid-Spain) Salsa/Kizomba Splash (Algarve-Portugal) and Kizomba Connection (Lille France).
